No one EVER mans the chat and it times out. It doesn't matter what time of the day I try I can never get anyone to respond. What's the point of having a LIVE CHAT if there is no one manning it. AND, there is no contact telephone either so just how do they expect us to contact them. Unprofessional.
Terrible customer service. I'd score you a zero if there was any available. Too many extensive power outages even in winter. Are you guys for real? You off power from morning to next morning and we sleep in the cold. Not only that, we'll have to throw our foods in the fridge away. Shame on NEP. Shame on Hawk utilities.
