First off let me start off by saying I checked the reviews and was really hesitant to bring my baby Simba here after reading them. It was my husband who decided to go. As I write this review with literally tears in my eyes, I am so thankful to EVERYONE! The first person we encountered was Charles on the phone. He is true definition of GREAT customer service! Been going to this vet clinic for about 10 years .. always pleasant and concerned for me and my 3 dogs!! Highly recommend for boarding as well!!

We were new to the practice and had one visit with Dr. Leiman and one with Dr. Eisner. Let's put it this way: We had a great experience with Dr. Leiman, who asked all the right questions, was easy to talk to, called to follow up, and was obviously committed. We would recommend Dr. Leiman to anyone. Averaging the number of stars each visit would get, we come to 3 stars; but Dr. Leiman would get 5 stars (so, you can do the math on how our other visit went). If you see Dr. Leiman, you're in good hands.

This family veterinary practice is incredibly kind. Dr Leiman (the OG) helped us through the decline of our elder cat. And now he and the newest Dr Leiman are taking great care of our new puppy. The doctors are thoughtful and take time to answer questions. When my pets have been sick, the doctors have been there--emailing late and calling me on their day off. Let me start by saying I'm incredibly happy to see this establishment has been in the neighborhood for nearly 2 decades and is still going strong. They are really a local asset, with excellent service and staff. Everyone is very patient and welcoming. I was seen on a last minute emergency visit so I expected to be waiting a bit, I became relieved to see my dog get better day by day after receiving the necessary medicine. The team at Northside Vet were so caring. They took care of my fur baby. They were compassionate and even called after they sent us to animal hospital to follow up.
I brought my 10 yr old Great Dane, Hercules, in for an emergency visit when he collapsed. The team was amazing and helped me immediately and correctly identified the pneumonia and sent me to AMC where they knew I was coming and were ready for me thanks to Dr Leiman's call. He's been home for 3 days now, has regained his energy and appetite and is able to walk fine. I've been taking my cats here for the last 10 years and the service has always been A+! All the vets are professional, caring, and have guided me and my feline friends to better health! Post-visit communication could be improved, but I usually have all my questions answered when I come back in person. They do get super busy here, so there is a bit of wait, but I've never waited longer than 10 minutes to see a doc. Great vet if you live near by.
