We trust this vet wholeheartedly. Our dog sees Dr. Eisner and she truly loves animals. The office is a little old school, but the treatment is great. They are not quick to prescribe expensive medicine, unless it is needed, and often provide natural treatments for our old dog. Our dog has had a stroke and infection over the past year. Dr. Eisner called to follow up with us after-hours following both incidents. I came here when my cat Inca got a urinary tract infection - the care and treatment was impeccable. Dr. Leiman and his staff were very caring and showed much attention and care with the work they do there. I felt at ease knowing they would take care of my cat, and they gave me information on how to prevent this in the future. They really do care about animals and their owners! Surprised to see the otherwise negative reviews. We've brought our cat here ~4 times over the past 2 years and had a positive experience every time. Dr. Ramos is great and the staff has answered our questions over the phone on multiple occasions. My only complaint is that they're often running behind schedule and we have to wait well past our scheduled appointment to be seen. Otherwise this has been an excellent vet per my experience.

Highly recommend!! After seeing so many negative reviews I was skeptical about bringing my cat here, but after I was assured by a few cat owning acquaintances of the wonderful care their pets received, I made an appointment when one of my senior felines was ill. Everyone at Northside Clinic was lovely, starting with the women at the front desk, to the vet and vet techs who showed genuine care and concern for my pet. They all put me and my cat at ease. My experience with Dr. Ramos (she's new-ish and from Houston) was great! She and her team treated my dog with lots of love. Not only was the bill VERY reasonable after an office visit and medication(s), but Doc Ramos called me the next day to check in and see how the patient was doing. Would DEF go back (hopefully not too soon!) if necessary!

I met with Dr E (Eisner) for a holistic visit with my dog who has bilateral hip dysplasia and fluid on his knees. Dr E's love for animals and their wellbeing, her extensive knowledge and her gentle approach brought me to tears. My dog fell ASLEEP in the room- which is all the proof I need to know that he finally felt 100% comfortable at a vet clinic. We've been taking our 6 year old 4-legged baby here since he was 3 months old. Everybody has always been very courteous and professional from the receptionists to the vets on duty. I only wish the reception area was larger and it doesn't take much for it to get crowded. Sometimes it's a bit uncomfortable to have the dogs so close to one another. We have a big dog and he's very well behaved but we can't say the same about other pups.
