Loved staying in car everyone nice but when my invoice came that was for the 74.99 oil change it was almost $200 with nothing added they suggested! When I spoke to manager he stated it covered only 5 quarts of oil and my vehicle required more. My bad for not knowing this but they should have said something. Will NOT be returning.

Your Ford F-250 Super Duty truck takes 10 quarts of 5W-40 oil or twice the amount of oil that is regularly included with our packaged services. Your final invoice was actually $171.13, which included our Synthetic oil package service ($74.99, includes up to 5 qts of oil), the extra oil ($75), a special oil filter ($5), 4-wheel drive upcharge ($3), Waste Disposal Fee ($3) and tax.
100% recommend quick and painless! Plain and simple oil change, I was in & out like a robbery.
Definitely drove away from this location not pleased with the service I received. The manager worked on my car, so I figured everything would have been done correctly. I will be sending my car in to be serviced, as I told Marcos, the manager on duty, to check that everything under my car was done correctly, as just checking myself, all my caps (wiper fluid, oil, coolant, etc) were incredibly loose or even just resting on the base! The oil stop greeter I had today 7/26/17 was the worst. I go here all the time. I pulled up behind a motorhome it was a really long line because the motorhome was so long not because there's was more cars or anything. I was kind of hanging out in the middle of the road so I asked him if he wanted me to pull up in the other line that was the same amount of cars but would keep me out of the road. She Was Overdue For Oil Change, Trip Planned This Weekend So Took It To Chevron Oil Stop In Santa Rosa. (Which She Found Had Good Reviews). They Told Her The Drain Plug Was Very Hard To Get Out. And Also That It Won't Tighten Down. It Just Spins. That just makes NO sense. I Asked Her To let me look at it. I CHECKED The Oil And It Had Not Been Drained. Still Very Dirty. These are hard working people that I think are doing a good to great job. For some reason I can't get out of here for the lower cost listed on the board even when there doing the drain and fill service. My suggestion is to print there coupon here on yelp. My average for my Toyota pickup is 78$.
It took almost an hour but that's ok they were able to get my oil change done quickly it was more waiting for them to finish other cars in front. Overall it was good.
So slow! Been stuck in line waiting over 45mins and still not done! They need to figure out a way to move this process along quicker. There's no leaving once you pull in you are literary stuck!
Worst experience EVER!!! I've been here for an hour and 15 minutes and they have not even started on my car. And there were only two cars in front of me. I hate this place and I'm trapped here!! LOL NEVER A G A I N!!!!
