I just left this place after sitting for over an hour watching two cars that showed up after me get serviced now I'm going to be late for work and I will never use this place again. Congratulations oil stop you just lost a customer.

A lot of bad reviews on here. I can't justify giving a bad review for someone doing their job. It's just how life in sales work. They are friendly, and if you say no its not like they make you buy. Just so no folks. Hey, they do all the work, get air in the tires and a window wash.
Nice employees and polite. A bit expensive but they check 33 points. My heater/air conditioner filter was filthy so I changed it at their recommendation. Well worth it as it works much better now.
I appreciate the friendliness and courtesy of the staff here. I've used them many times on both my vehicles and they are thorough but not pushy. Great place to get regular car services done right. Go early the lines can be long!
I never feel pressured to buy anything. They are always friendly and just trying to do their job.
I am a very lucky girl. Trying to be confident that I don't have to check my oil level constantly inbetween oil changes nearly cost me my engine. This Oilstop did NOT properly screw the oil filter onto my car. I was apparently losing oil for awhile, and when my oil light came on while turning the corner into my driveway...I said: "this isn't right" and had it checked out before driving any further. Nothing has changed in this place. They still try to shove unneeded expensive services down your throat even though you tell them you only want an oil change. Don't work for my old company anymore so I will not be forced to ever go to this place again.
I started out going to Oilstop more than 20 years ago and now still go back for the trucks and cars I own. I believe in frequent oil and fluid level services. And though I don't automatically service my vehicles every 3000 miles, I do it before 6000 miles. I also like that they keep a data base of the previous work performed and make recommendations based on time elapsed and mileage driven.
