The 1, 2 & 3 stars review here are very true. I tried myself because someone gave 5 stars hmmm. If you don't care maybe this is the place. All my car need is an oil change. The other review here said every second they will come to you, that is very true and sell you something that they will make look like your car really really needs it or else they will break ASAP! Slow, took nearly an hour... come on. It should take 15-20 min, but instead i get their expensive drawn out sales pitch for a bunch of services I don't need. They keep you in your car for a reason, So they can keep coming up to you to show you the color of the fluids in your car and try to sell you unnecessary services like a radiator flush. My fluid was nearly perfect and he made it sound as if I needed a flush??? Wait is there rust in my system? Then why do I need a total flush??? I recently had a bad experience with Oil Stop. Yes staff very friendly and also paid $80 for a routine oil change. However 6 days later on the freeway my drain plug popped out and there was no indication on my dash board. Before it was too late my engine seized. I immediately called Oil Stop they came out and had my vehicle for 2 weeks before telling me that there was nothing they can do. I was sooo disappointed to get home and find oil leaking all over my driveway. Leaving the old filter gasket on my car was a total amateur mistake. Cost me another $75 to get my oil changed elsewhere.... NO I wouldn't go here even to have them fix what their mistake... this is the second infraction and I'm not gonna give them a chance for a third.

My uncle has been going to Oilstop for 20 years and recommended them. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The pricing is reasonable. The one draw-back is there isn't a waiting room to drink water and read while they change your oil; you wait in your car instead. However, I would still see them again.

Went back despite my original review. If you just stay persistent with them that you don't want all the extra crap they get the message.

Love Oilstop. Carlos at this store was incredibly helpful and courteous. You can get your oil changed at a lot if places, but Oilstop makes me feel taken care of, and I love the free wifi!! They ask a lot of questions, but I didn't feel like they were upselling, I felt like they were there to help. I'd recommend them to friends and family.

I love the attentive and friendly service. I now go to OilStop for much of my general car maintenance. While I like my dealer, I appreciate the kindness and convenience of service while I wait in my car. The free drinks and quick turnaround are a bonus. This store is particularly good because I have not had to wait and the location is so central in Santa Rosa.

This address is actually for the Chevron GAS STATION that is kitty-corner to the Chevron OilStop... But I want to warn those reading to watch out for hidden prices at the OilStop! I went in for a synthetic oil change, the sign says $70, but I was charged $20 extra cause my car takes Mobil One and the $70 price is for Chevron brand oil only... of course the sign doesn't say that, not even in fine print, and while they were doing the work no one mentioned it would be extra for Mobile One oil.
