Went back despite my original review. If you just stay persistent with them that you don't want all the extra crap they get the message.

Love Oilstop. Carlos at this store was incredibly helpful and courteous. You can get your oil changed at a lot if places, but Oilstop makes me feel taken care of, and I love the free wifi!! They ask a lot of questions, but I didn't feel like they were upselling, I felt like they were there to help. I'd recommend them to friends and family.

I love the attentive and friendly service. I now go to OilStop for much of my general car maintenance. While I like my dealer, I appreciate the kindness and convenience of service while I wait in my car. The free drinks and quick turnaround are a bonus. This store is particularly good because I have not had to wait and the location is so central in Santa Rosa.

This address is actually for the Chevron GAS STATION that is kitty-corner to the Chevron OilStop... But I want to warn those reading to watch out for hidden prices at the OilStop! I went in for a synthetic oil change, the sign says $70, but I was charged $20 extra cause my car takes Mobil One and the $70 price is for Chevron brand oil only... of course the sign doesn't say that, not even in fine print, and while they were doing the work no one mentioned it would be extra for Mobile One oil.

Every time I have gone to get my oil changed at this particular oil stop I have received great care. This latest time I went in anticipating them trying to sell me on everything, but amazingly enough they only popped up to my window a handful of times to ask if I wanted certain fluids replaced, which I declined, and they never made me feel pressured that I needed to do so. As everyone mentioned, very friendly...drinks offered, etc. The part that I didn't like was every few minutes someone would stop by and "recommend" they add something to my car (air filter, fluids at an extra cost, this & that). After a while, it was really annoying. I thought I was going in for a quick oil change. Not so quick (even though I was the only vehicle there) and not so cheap either (as others have commented). Will go back to my usual oil change shop next time.

Very nice, I'm so pleased. I was hungry, so stopped at the JBL lounge next door, then drove in to Oilstop where they gave me a drink to go with my lunch! I snacked as they worked and by the time I was done, so were they. AND I got a free car wash coupon too! I'll be back!

I paid for a synthetic oil change. I went to this store because I was going on a road trip and it was too late to go to another place. The oil change costs $72. On the road trip I noticed the car was making a new sound and found out that a gasket was missing from my oil cap. During the road trip my gas mileage was 2-4 gals less than normal. I took the car back after the road trip askng to share the cost of a new $9 oil cap. The manager refused only offering to SELL me more oil to top it off. My first impression was that they were accommodating and friendly. Someone came over to ask if I wanted water or a soda immediately upon my arrival, and then every 10 minutes or so . But WoW was it expensive!! 45 bucks without even a new air filter! That was going to cost me another $14.99. It was fun sitting in my car as they worked on it from below, and they worked really fast. However, the cost for the services I received was way too high!
