Look at the managers response to my review. He does not deny the fact that this location has been ripping customers off for almost 8 years if not longer. He also did not deny their practice of mixing their own synthetic blend oils directly in customers engines! Using 2 different types of oils that were not formulated or tested to mix together in a blend. "In a pinch it is ok to top your oil off a 1/2 quart or so that would be fine. I came her for an oil change because I had a coupon. If this is the case for you - I strongly suggest just saving your money. I sat in one of the bays with my car off in the 80 degree heat for over 45 mins before I stopped killing time on my phone and started trying to figure out why no one was paying attention to me.. someone finally noticed and got started on my car. Unbelievable bad service. Rude employees. Waited over1-1/2 hours for just an oil change. Employees had to take a lunch break. I told them I only wanted an oil change. The so called oil change was $181.60. I'll never stop at any Oilstops again. I can just imagine what they do when women show up.

I wanted to share that I had a great experience at Oilstop in SR yesterday. Super professional and for someone like me who is less than great about keeping up on things.. they made sure my tire pressure was perfect--it hadn't been. They checked all the fluids, they cleaned my window and changed the oil. Yes there is some up-selling but I didn't feel pressured. Insanely expensive. I spent $94 on an oil change for a Honda Civic. I told them nothing special, just the typical conventional. My previous oil change I got somewhere else was $35. What a rip off. Won't be going there again. Nice workers though.

All of the staff members who assisted me during my service were polite and professional. Jose was exceptionally courteous and polite. They all wore masks and gloves, which is important to me during our current pandemic. I am pleased with the customer service that I received.

I had the best service visit yesterday. I've been going to this location for over 5+years, with several different cars, and it's always been "fine", but yesterday was different. I had the pleasure of meeting and having Hans work on my 2001 Toyota, with 259,000 miles on it. I asked a ton of questions, that I've always wondered about, and he was super knowledgeable and informative, and never made me feel stupid.
