All of the staff members who assisted me during my service were polite and professional. Jose was exceptionally courteous and polite. They all wore masks and gloves, which is important to me during our current pandemic. I am pleased with the customer service that I received.

I had the best service visit yesterday. I've been going to this location for over 5+years, with several different cars, and it's always been "fine", but yesterday was different. I had the pleasure of meeting and having Hans work on my 2001 Toyota, with 259,000 miles on it. I asked a ton of questions, that I've always wondered about, and he was super knowledgeable and informative, and never made me feel stupid. Came here on a Wednesday afternoon and there were a few cars ahead but it moved along very fast! They had great customer service and I felt well taken care of. I never felt pressured to move forward with any suggested services and the staff was very consistently attentive. I will definitely return if I need any other services done with my car.

Busy Busy Busy location; I drove in at 4 pm on a Wednesday afternoon and was told it would be 1.5 hrs and they were not exaggerating, it was nearly 2 hrs later when I finally drove away. While I HATE, car maintenance, the people at this location were professional and courteous. The price for services is reasonable and I appreciate the care and attention they continue to provide through the changes influenced by the pandemic. I answered no to each question about purchasing additional services or products and yet when I was checking out there was an additional charge for an air filter that I did not order and an additional charge for something because I was told my SUV had larger capacity. I did not discover these charges until I was told the bill would be $166 at which time I got them to correct the bill which eventually came to $115. I came here to get my oil changed in my 99 Chevrolet Silverado. They did a good job I thought. When I got home 5 minutes after I parked in my driveway and after about 10 minutes I had a oil spot the size of a baseball in my driveway. So I called the store and they bring it back down. When I got there I had to wait for about 20 minutes for them to look at it. They found the leak was because when changed the filter they spilled oil on the skid plate. They were very friendly gentlemen brought me a compliment drink of my choice while I waited in my car they had me in and out in less than an hour. The only thing I don't like is the constant attempt to upsell items for your car that don't seem urgently necessary for the most part. However they helped by giving me an $18 discount from online that I didn't even have it all about. Overall I'll be returning. Effecient and quick works for me!
