I answered no to each question about purchasing additional services or products and yet when I was checking out there was an additional charge for an air filter that I did not order and an additional charge for something because I was told my SUV had larger capacity. I did not discover these charges until I was told the bill would be $166 at which time I got them to correct the bill which eventually came to $115. I came here to get my oil changed in my 99 Chevrolet Silverado. They did a good job I thought. When I got home 5 minutes after I parked in my driveway and after about 10 minutes I had a oil spot the size of a baseball in my driveway. So I called the store and they bring it back down. When I got there I had to wait for about 20 minutes for them to look at it. They found the leak was because when changed the filter they spilled oil on the skid plate. I just had an oil change at Oil Stop. The crew could not have been nicer! Tyree, Nicholas and Pascual were all professional and friendly. They explained options to me, and I felt comfortable getting y car serviced here Highly recommend!! Thank you!

They were very friendly gentlemen brought me a compliment drink of my choice while I waited in my car they had me in and out in less than an hour. The only thing I don't like is the constant attempt to upsell items for your car that don't seem urgently necessary for the most part. However they helped by giving me an $18 discount from online that I didn't even have it all about. Overall I'll be returning. Effecient and quick works for me!

Good job they did my oil change. But kept trying to get me to buy things. I only want an oil change nothing fancy. With so much pandering of if I want to add this or i should get this for my car talk I rather be cornered by Mormons and told the word of god. Other than that just do what I ask and don't try to pander me to buy more than I already told you. If they did that I would have given them 5 stars.

IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! As soon as I pulled up, I was offered an ice cold bottle of water on quite a warm day. I was highly impressed with Miguel and Juan, they were both very knowledgeable and HONEST, which is hard to come by when getting your car worked on. I'm just honestly so impressed that I drove out of there with a smile on my face because usually getting your oil changed is just one of those annoying things you have to do. Brought my car in day before yesterday. They told me what line to wait in and I would be "Next", well, I was last! I complained to one of the workers, and he told me, "You are first after that car in front of you". I could only do the 33 point oil change when I brought my car in, and when I called to ask what the cost would be to bring it back in and complete the service they said I needed, they could not give me the info unless I gave them my license plate numbers, which I don't know off hand.
