Horrible service, took the car there for an oil change and was in a line with two cars in front of me, the service guy asked me to move over and I ended up with 4 cars in front of me and then someone pulled into my old spot. The person who arrived after me was in and out well before me. I was there almost 2 hours and they had been there for about 40 minutes! WILL NOT BE BACK EVER!!!!
Don't appreciate bad service then being lied to. Had them change my oil today and when i got home i looked underneath and saw it was leaking. Took it to the oil stop in Rohnert Park to have them check it out and the gentleman told me the oil filter was loose. He asked me if id like him to tighten it up and of course i said that would be awesome. Five minutes later he came back and asked if i was just at their other shop getting my oil changed and i told him i was just there half an hour prior. Comes back a few minutes later ... read more
I have been getting my car's oil changed at Oilstop for years. I like the fact they show you what your manufacturer recommends (type of oil, time between oil changes, etc.), and it's up to me to say "yes" or "no" to that recommendation. While they may be a bit more pricey than others, at least you know you're getting a professional job done by people who are trained to advise you what should be done, not try and give you a hard sell on what they "think" should be done.
Isn't it interesting my first review is missing!! Bottom line, had some repair work done on the smog control system. We were charged over $500 on a job that should have cost half that. The "mechanic" lied to us! You have been warned!

I really enjoy this place. If employees hate to work there, I would not be able to tell as they are always so nice and cheery. Because of this I try to bring snacks with me and offer them to the hard workers who always take care of me well! Not only that, but I hate dealing with car stuff so the fact that this establishment makes my life easier is a huge plus!

I want to tell you that this place is super professional,quality ,respect ,all the workers are happy ,im not kidding ,,they gave me a great deal wow free car wash ,free drink,free wifi,on and on free air ,water lol ,anyways i will be going back to service my transmission,my coolant and everything it needs ,god bless you guys ok thank you very much Juan and everyone ,Chevron is the best in my eyes ,

The guys were amazing I came in on a trip from out of town they took care of servicing my transmission and checked any other fluids I needed
