It took almost an hour but that's ok they were able to get my oil change done quickly it was more waiting for them to finish other cars in front. Overall it was good.

So slow! Been stuck in line waiting over 45mins and still not done! They need to figure out a way to move this process along quicker. There's no leaving once you pull in you are literary stuck!

Worst experience EVER!!! I've been here for an hour and 15 minutes and they have not even started on my car. And there were only two cars in front of me. I hate this place and I'm trapped here!! LOL NEVER A G A I N!!!!

When I rolled in here forty minutes ago, there were four cars in front of me. We moved forward one car after 5 minutes. They came and told me 45 to 60 minute wait. But I'm still sitting here waiting behind three cars... a different guy just came and said it would be about an hour. They opened a new line and filled it with cars that have been waiting less time than I have. The manager came out and said the delay was due to staff incompetence in servicing an audi. My visit started off with a 30 minute wait. Service took over an hour and they didn't complete the 33 point check even though the items they skipped were marked complete such as lubricating the locks and hinges (they only did one door), cleaning the windshield and rear window(they didn't clean the windshield), battery acid levels and terminal checks were not done even when I expressed concern about my battery. 10/22/16 had my Fiat500 in for service.. the guy(s) that helped me were amazing!!! Always a happy customer when there.... they listen and have the right answers and don't push products if you don't want them!!! A repeat customer....

Carlos and crew were awesome. I've been going to all of the different oil stop locations and have never had a bad experience. Every business should take lessons in customer service from this business. I highly recommend using them for your auto service needs.

They absolutely will take advantage of you if you don't know much about cars. I went here for a little while because I was a new car owner and didn't know better. A friend recommended the place a long time ago because he said the owner was upstanding. Maybe so but not this location at the very least. My last oil change here was over 100. Just a regular oil change. Do your research and look around. You will find that basically every other place around is cheaper and many don't have the two hour waits I've had here with only 3... read more

I waited in line for over an hour to get an oil change. It was busy, but there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Finally I pulled into the bay, they opened the hood, asked about the service needed and ... disappeared for at least 20 minutes.
