My visit started off with a 30 minute wait. Service took over an hour and they didn't complete the 33 point check even though the items they skipped were marked complete such as lubricating the locks and hinges (they only did one door), cleaning the windshield and rear window(they didn't clean the windshield), battery acid levels and terminal checks were not done even when I expressed concern about my battery. 10/22/16 had my Fiat500 in for service.. the guy(s) that helped me were amazing!!! Always a happy customer when there.... they listen and have the right answers and don't push products if you don't want them!!! A repeat customer....
Carlos and crew were awesome. I've been going to all of the different oil stop locations and have never had a bad experience. Every business should take lessons in customer service from this business. I highly recommend using them for your auto service needs.
They absolutely will take advantage of you if you don't know much about cars. I went here for a little while because I was a new car owner and didn't know better. A friend recommended the place a long time ago because he said the owner was upstanding. Maybe so but not this location at the very least. My last oil change here was over 100. I waited in line for over an hour to get an oil change. It was busy, but there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Finally I pulled into the bay, they opened the hood, asked about the service needed and ... disappeared for at least 20 minutes. After I got out of my car and asked why nothing was happening with my car (basic oil change and air filter) I was told they were short handed and workers had gone to lunch. Really! First the good. They were very friendly before my car was in the queue. While I was waiting the offered me a beverage. When my car was in the Bayhe asked me if I wanted to have my air filter changed and ripped it right in front of me. I appreciate the offer,but to purposefully damage my equipment in an effort to force me to buy another one is bad business. I may never go back. I'm glad to hear that it isn't a normal practice. Horrible I have had my vehicle for eight months not one problem I took it in to get the oil changed first time anyone's been under the hood since purchased and now my lights and sensors keep going off. I called the manager Carlos and he said its not on him and the guys there I had to get it fixed . I asked for the corporate phone to file a complaint and he gave me a fake number so I called back and he gave me another fake number . Scams at the best
Let me start by saying the people here are super nice (Which is why I've continued to be a customer this far) but...as I write this I've been sitting here for 2 hours. This is the third time I've waited for over an hour for an oil change. Today was the worst in sure because it's Saturday but two hours? C'mon. While the service was good, I feel like they are a total rip off. I asked for a basic oil change with nothing else added on, and was charged $53!!!!! I have never ever spent this much on a basic oil change. My mechanic does oil changes for less than this! I will never ever go back and do not recommend them to anyone.
