IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! As soon as I pulled up, I was offered an ice cold bottle of water on quite a warm day. I was highly impressed with Miguel and Juan, they were both very knowledgeable and HONEST, which is hard to come by when getting your car worked on. I'm just honestly so impressed that I drove out of there with a smile on my face because usually getting your oil changed is just one of those annoying things you have to do. Brought my car in day before yesterday. They told me what line to wait in and I would be "Next", well, I was last! I complained to one of the workers, and he told me, "You are first after that car in front of you". I could only do the 33 point oil change when I brought my car in, and when I called to ask what the cost would be to bring it back in and complete the service they said I needed, they could not give me the info unless I gave them my license plate numbers, which I don't know off hand. I went here to get my oil changed and was originally super impressed! All of the employees were super helpful and seemed honest with their suggestions for what maintenance was and was not needed at the time. However, when they offered to adjust my tire pressure they didn't seem like they really knew what they were doing. My tires seemed fine already and there was no alert to adjust it, but I was swayed into doing it anyways. Absolute joke. Staff are unprofessional kids. I drive a classic and use my own oil -these guys want 50.00 for an oil change even when you bring your own oil and filter. Avoid. Go to Midas.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME Let me start off as I shouldn't have been a cheap ass and took my car here. If you have a Mercedes or any type of car you appreciate take it to the dealership. And this place is not cheap by the way. So I'll begin with the bad part. This place dinged the inside of my back passenger door, By opening it to lube my door locks which I had no idea oil stops ever did that. What a joy these young men were! Pulled in early Saturday morning and was greeted by a smiling friendly guy who immediately offered drinks. They proceeded to ask a couple questions, placed towels around my car to protect it and then got right to work. Extremely professional staff and did I already say so friendly? Will definitely make this my go to for oil changes in the future.

Very disappointing to come into get my car washed and when paying for it be confronted with a very loud and clear " would you like to add something extra for the guys today???" How rude As if the customer is to "tip first" then ....they decide how it will get detailed ? If this is their new policy I'm done coming here'!!! Moreover a wash & wax at $99.00 at least deserves a "walk around before I'm arbitrarily being asked to tip as it's been explained to me....
