Don't know why people have left low reviews here, this is my go to place for an oil change. When it's busy there is a line of cars you'll have to wait in, but otherwise pretty fast! The staff is always very nice! They'll try to upswell you on services during the oil change (it's their job) but they are super polite when you decline. If you need a quick and easy oil change, this is the place to come!

"Home of the Three-Hour Oil Change" Pulled in at 1:10, finally exited at 4:15. Was told they were short-handed, but no one was exercised enough to pick up the pace in order to compensate. See Megan S.'s comments.

Came here for the first time upon a recommendation and I was in and out quick! I came about 1:30 on a Thursday afternoon and there weren't people waiting so I got in and out. They also put on new wiper blades for me. I'm glad they asked, otherwise I would have forgotten and mine were trashed. They didn't try and upsell me any fancy oils and recommended the basic oil my car needed. Satisfied with the service and will go back!

I've been coming here for almost 25 years the time was wasted getting beverages And not tending to my needs to get in and get out I remember when this used to be a 30 minute oil change. Everyone was so laser Focused on nonsense and not even tending to the customer needs. i love coming here! great customer service. thank you to Carlos for fixing my car before a drive to Oregon. The employees there are always soo nice. i love how y'all explain everything about my car lol makes me feel less dumb. Great people!!!

I've been coming to Oil Stop for over a decade and have always had excellent service. Perhaps this was an off day? Don't get me wrong, it wasn't terrible. The employees just seemed very low energy and distracted. I arrived at 8:15 and they directed me pull into Bay 1 behind the car being serviced. This should be quick, I thought. WRONG! I didn't leave until 9:30. I was asked if I wanted something to drink and I requested a bottle of water that never arrived. I had a great experience here. After going to valvoline on Mendocino ave , I was traumatized and very nervous about things like this. Everyone was super sweet and it was quick, I was in and out in under an hour ! They did an amazing job. Didn't try to upsell anything

Upon pulling up around 11:00am on 1/15/2022, I was told it would be an hour and 20 minute wait and that they were short staffed. I said no problem. Within 40 minutes, work on my vehicle started. Marco was great as was Brandon. They worked efficiently and with quality. I paid $119 for the Chevron synthetic oil at 5.7 quarts, a premium filter, and 33 point inspection. I left at 11:53am. I'm very satisfied. I'll be returning.

On Tuesday the 28 of Dec. 2021 I got to the oil stop at 8:20am there was one car ahead of me . At 8: 40 am I was ask to drive up inside ,I let the young man know I have a appointment at 9:15am on the other side of the Coddington mall at the SSN office, he understood and told me I would make it not to worry, at 9:00 A.M.
