I sent my daughter out to get an oil change as she was overdue on the car I let her drive. I'm sure they rubbed their hands together and grinned that 'just a girl' was there. And she paid out the nose for that, too. She okayed one of the oil additives after being pressured (never, ever do that, people, it's bullshit) but they charged her for two, she didn't catch it, and a simple oil change ended up being over $150. DO NOT GO HERE. Angry. Horrible service. Waited in line behind 2 cars for a full hour. As the hour was about up another car drove in behind us and was immediately seen at two bays over. Since the line we were in was taking so incredibly long we moved to bay 2. A worker came out and told us that we had to move because the car we were originally behind was to be serviced before us. This place has some SERIOUS time management issues. I was second in my line at 8:03am. The car in front of me took 23 minutes to complete. I pulled in next. I waited for 40 minutes! For a simple oil change! I could see the technicians twirling tools in their hands, pulling by out there cell phones and messing around. I felt bad for the long line of cars behind me- who knows when they would be attended to? In the span of one hour, only 2 cars made it through my line. That's terrible. Service was good but they raised their prices 12$ in a year, that is insane to do. I bring my own oil and filter and is usually 42$ now its 54 in a matter of 11 months

Been going to oil stops for years, but I will never go back again. Last time I was there they messed something up my car was leaking all over my driveway, I took it back, they looked and said I needed a new oil filter, and I should take it back to where I got my oil changed last. I said THIS is where I got my oil changed last. So they fixed the issue eventually, but it makes me think how many times I paid for something extra and never got it, do NOT recommended going here. I stopped by the Cleveland Avenue Oilstop yesterday to have the oil changed in my vehicle. Technician Eric checked me in within minutes of my arrival and offered me a complimentary beverage while I waited with my vehicle. He was very polite and professional, as were the other technicians who assisted with the service of my vehicle. The other technicians were Juan and Anthony. we received excellent service! Brian, Eric, Miguel, and Enrique all did an excellent job providing great customer service. They let you know what was going on each step at a time and the car is running great! I definitely recommend going here.
