Service was good but they raised their prices 12$ in a year, that is insane to do. I bring my own oil and filter and is usually 42$ now its 54 in a matter of 11 months

Been going to oil stops for years, but I will never go back again. Last time I was there they messed something up my car was leaking all over my driveway, I took it back, they looked and said I needed a new oil filter, and I should take it back to where I got my oil changed last. I said THIS is where I got my oil changed last. So they fixed the issue eventually, but it makes me think how many times I paid for something extra and never got it, do NOT recommended going here. I stopped by the Cleveland Avenue Oilstop yesterday to have the oil changed in my vehicle. Technician Eric checked me in within minutes of my arrival and offered me a complimentary beverage while I waited with my vehicle. He was very polite and professional, as were the other technicians who assisted with the service of my vehicle. The other technicians were Juan and Anthony. we received excellent service! Brian, Eric, Miguel, and Enrique all did an excellent job providing great customer service. They let you know what was going on each step at a time and the car is running great! I definitely recommend going here.

Excellent service. thorough inspection, polite and knowledgeable. Tara, Brian and Enrique, were my crew. I was treated so well, asked about any concerns. I felt I was getting top notch service. I have been using this Oilstop and others in the area for years. Always feel confident that I am going to be treated right. I actually had the management drive all the way out to my home to address a concern that was minor and they were more than happy to take care of my worries. I would go back again with complete confidence.
Tara is such an asset to your business. You don't find great employees that much anymore. She was such a hard worker yet she still took the time to be personable and friendly. I will tell All my friends and family to go to this particular oil stop now, because of my great experience. You've got a winner oil stop!!!

I foolishly allowed this business to provide an oil change on my new MX-5 with only 1,000 miles. Huge mistake. They lost two STRUCTURAL bolts when they removed the belly pan and didn't tell me. Also, the oil filter they used was not compatible with synthetic oil. I would never use this business again
dont know if its new people her but i wasnt offered a complimentary drink and im under the suspicion its because im "black" i watched the guy hand the guy behind me a drink who just arrived were as i was never offered as i have been previously dont think i will come back!
