I foolishly allowed this business to provide an oil change on my new MX-5 with only 1,000 miles. Huge mistake. They lost two STRUCTURAL bolts when they removed the belly pan and didn't tell me. Also, the oil filter they used was not compatible with synthetic oil. I would never use this business again
dont know if its new people her but i wasnt offered a complimentary drink and im under the suspicion its because im "black" i watched the guy hand the guy behind me a drink who just arrived were as i was never offered as i have been previously dont think i will come back!

Great spot to get your oil changed. Sit conveniently in your car while they provide an all around full service on your vehicle. You'll be offered a complimentary drink at the beginning of your visit, while the maintenance techs underneath the vehicle changes the oil, the techs up above cleans both your rearview and window shield. This feels weird to say, but I enjoyed getting my oil changed today. Christian, Miguel, and Pascual (plus others) helped me and everyone was so professional and friendly. I could tell by the way they were interacting with one another (friendly, polite, joking around a little) they were relaxed and happy to do their jobs, which indicates to me they are being treated well by the employer, and I value shopping in places that treat the workers well. I came in last minute and was greeted by a friendly young man named Christian who provided excellent service along with Roberto. Both employees were exceptionally knowledgable and ready to answer and ask helpful questions. Roberto got me a nice cold FREE can of Coke which was unexpected and much appreciated. I have a hoarder's car that is absolutely filthy yet these two workers were kind and delivered above and beyond services. I am very satisfied and will continue to recommend this shop to others. Great service, very friendly and helpful, and not pushy about extras or add-ons. They offer and explain different options, but also let you know they are not commission based so there was no pressure, which is such a nice change from many other auto businesses. The service itself was efficient and great! Lucas and Roberto assisted me today and were very professional and friendly. Great team! Even on a hot, busy day, they were very efficient and polite. Wish I lived here, I would make this location my go-to.
the wait was more than an hour instead of 15 minutes it looked like they only had one mechanic and reading all those bad reviews I'm afraid that my car will broke , I'll take to other oil change to check the oil and I'll posted another review
