the wait was more than an hour instead of 15 minutes it looked like they only had one mechanic and reading all those bad reviews I'm afraid that my car will broke , I'll take to other oil change to check the oil and I'll posted another review

DO NOT go here. I was pushed into adding things which made a simple oil change $150! And my batter cable was tampered with resulting in my car breaking down the next day. The mechanic said there was no possible way that my battery cable got that loose on its own. This place is a scam.

We went back to service our other car, a Mini Cooper and the only options was an oil change for $180, which wasn't listed on the services menu. This felt like a shakedown for sure so we passed and will not be returning unfortunately. Be sure to ask what your are getting and the cost- they don't tell you before rolling into the spot. Glad I saved $180!

The only drag was you have to sit in your car the whole time. Bring something to read. I didn't have anything so I read my car manual. It was kinda cool cause I learned some stuff about my radio.

I came in to get an oil change and they showed me my radiator cap saying it was cracked and dried out. They recommended i got a new one so i did. They put the wrong cap on my car which led it to overheating and causing issues that costed me $600 to get it fixed. After looking at some old pictures of my car i saw the old cap and realized they lied and said some random cap was mine when it actually wasn't. I was next in line for 25 minutes and nobody spoke to me and the Car ahead of me hadn't started their oil change. So I left and will not be coming back.

This is by far the slowest worst oil stop location. The staff has no hustle. They had a minimal work load and still people were sluggish and slow. Do not go to this location if you value your time and money

I already see why this station only has three stars and the one i normally frequent in Santa Rosa Ave near Costco has 4. They are a team over there and everyone is quick and friendly. Come for a top off and it's fast. Here, i was greeted by a somewhat angry sounding older man who told me it would be about ten minutes. Then without speaking to me, several minutes later, a young man opens my hood, checks oil and starts filling it without saying a word. When he was done though, he did come say it's full now. Don't know why people have left low reviews here, this is my go to place for an oil change. When it's busy there is a line of cars you'll have to wait in, but otherwise pretty fast! The staff is always very nice! They'll try to upswell you on services during the oil change (it's their job) but they are super polite when you decline. If you need a quick and easy oil change, this is the place to come!
