This was my first time here. The staff was so kind and attentive. Miguel and Manny were willing to answer all of my questions with a smile. They recommended additional services and were kind when I declined. I came in last minute and was seen right away. I'll definitely be back. Thank you all for everything!

I am not sure why there was only a 3 star rating on this place. It was 5 star service. Especially Manual. He was courteous, and very easy going no hassle no pushy sales. That alone makes me want to come back here. The place is clean and the service is great.

Carlos and his team always do a great job on all my vehicles! I get the best products at a more than reason price. They are fast and professional. Every person there is friendly and considerate. I got an oil change but also was recommended other services. They do more than just change your oil.

Nothing is ever perfect. The true test of a company is in how they deal with problems. I recently had a problem that came about from a service I had at Oilstop. When I brought the problem to the manager, he sent the problem on to the main office. It took a few days longer than expected, and I feared I might have to look elsewhere for my service. Such great workers. Had my oil change done in less then ten minutes. They also gave me a free soda, and a coupon for a free car wash. They want the best for anybodies car, so they did endorse some products to me that would help my car, but I was strictly there for an oil change. They are great. Sprayed all my doors joints and cleaned my windows as well. I'll defiantly go back. Coming here was a pretty frustrating experience, but they got the job done. I needed an oil change on a Saturday morning, the line was pretty long and overall it took about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice they all were, and how they brought coffee to me in my car while I waited, but the pleasant experiences ended there. I told one man after another that I was ONLY there for an oil change and wouldn't pay for any add-ons. Just an update oil stop cracked my transmission at the fill hole by tightening it way to much , I don't recommend this place unless you want the company to pay for a replacement transmission, that's one good thing about oil stop if they break it, their insurance covers the repair/replacement

Did not attach my bottom plate after oil change. I drove around SF with a plate dragging on the ground. Thanks guys
