I have been going to Oil Stop on East Washington for my vehicle oil changes for years. I have always been treated with respect and genuine care. Grayson checked my vehicle in and Eddie and Moses completed the service work. Kind guys with smiling faces put me completely at ease. Thank you!

We stopped in again today and couldn't believe how well we were treated by the staff here at this business. The women that worked on our car was absolutely amazing. Not only did she have the best personality, she also made my wife really comfortable while we waited. Highly recommended!!!

The one question you wanted to know the answer to: $46 - for labor only if you bring your own oil and filter. ~$60-$80 for oil change depending on if you decided on conventional oil, synthetic blend, or full synthetic. There is a $5 coupon on their website, Oilstopinc.com For reference - I've seen oil changes as low as $29.99 with coupon in Marin/Sonoma, although rarely. More common is $49.99. I have been going to Oilstop regularly for about three years. Each and every time the level and quality of service is the same - excellent. The technicians do not pressure me to purchase anything and they thoroughly answer every question I ask when presenting an optional service. (I am mechanically illiterate and on a budget, so you can be assured I ask a lot of questions!) No one has ever been impatient with me. Awesome customer service is alive and well in Petaluma. Oilstop guys at the Petaluma location continue to amaze. Early this week, coming off the E. Washington overpass my Battery light came on and my power steering stopped. I was fortunate enough to be able to pull into the strip mall across from the swim center. I opened my hood an first thing I saw was the belt hanging low in my engine. Knowing Oilstop will change Serpentine Belts, I called to see if they would help. I'm incredibly grateful for Oilstop and the work that they do. Customer service like this is, unfortunately, very rare these days. I find the excellent customer service and commitment to their mission statement as a company to be evident and refreshing each time I go. Initially I had difficulty feeling pressured by all the questions that they ask but they have proven to be true to the literature that they hand out in the way that the accept no to the questions without any additional sales pressure. They do not begin the oil change in the order that people arrive and when you question them, they tell you the manager is in a meeting... that's why it's taking so long.. no way to run a business.. even with the discount I have my doubts about coming back
