I stopped by yesterday and the wait was ver 45 minutes, so I got there at 7:55 for their 8 o'clock opening. Super efficient and good coffee. I will keep going there.

Great service by the guys there when I got my trucks oil changed the other day, they checked all fluids from windshield washer to differential fluids. As well as my air filter which needed to be changed. I was blown away by how fast they worked and how great the service was.
I usually go to Oil changers ONLY because it is closest to my house. However, I have had numerous bad experiences there. I decided I didn't want to deal with their lack of customer service and long waits today so I came here. I was helped immediately and greeted pleasantly. They offered me something to drink while my services were performed. They explained everything to me since I don't know much about cars lol and they were finished in less than 10 mins. Mew to the area and this place was very fast, inexpensive and transparent. No upselling you stuff you don't need. Our service tech was super nice! I will definitely get my car serviced here again.
These guys are awesome. Zachary and Sam always take care of my work truck. I feel like my truck runs better after they are done with service.
Like always customer service and oil change service was excellent. Thanks Billy and his team for the oil change. First time at this one specific location. I usually go to the one in lake ville but the wait time was 1 hour. Easy in and out 15 minutes here. I love both location regardless. My Subaru Outback is running great! 93k strong!
A huge thank you & shout out to Billy and Mario from the E. Washington Oil stop. My teenage daughter drove from Novato to Petaluma today and she got a "Coolant Hot" and "Engine Overheating" messages that came on while in Petaluma. I use them for my oil changes between my major services. Yesterday, I noticed my tire was low and after stopping at two gas stations that both had broken the air pumps, I drove up to Oilstop to see if they'd be willing to top me off. Of course they were more than willing to assist and didn't even charge for the service. Before I drove out, they even offered me a drink. What wonderful service! Little things like that mean a lot.
Zach did an awesome job on my 2010Ford Escape today! So quick and efficient but also such excellent customer service. This is my second time here now and won't go anywhere else moving forward. Thanks Zach!
