I usually go to Oil changers ONLY because it is closest to my house. However, I have had numerous bad experiences there. I decided I didn't want to deal with their lack of customer service and long waits today so I came here. I was helped immediately and greeted pleasantly. They offered me something to drink while my services were performed. They explained everything to me since I don't know much about cars lol and they were finished in less than 10 mins. Mew to the area and this place was very fast, inexpensive and transparent. No upselling you stuff you don't need. Our service tech was super nice! I will definitely get my car serviced here again.

Like always customer service and oil change service was excellent. Thanks Billy and his team for the oil change. First time at this one specific location. I usually go to the one in lake ville but the wait time was 1 hour. Easy in and out 15 minutes here. I love both location regardless. My Subaru Outback is running great! 93k strong!

A huge thank you & shout out to Billy and Mario from the E. Washington Oil stop. My teenage daughter drove from Novato to Petaluma today and she got a "Coolant Hot" and "Engine Overheating" messages that came on while in Petaluma. I told her to pull over and I hopped on google looking for a service station. I called Oil Stop and explained what happened to Billy and he said; "Send her here. I use them for my oil changes between my major services. Yesterday, I noticed my tire was low and after stopping at two gas stations that both had broken the air pumps, I drove up to Oilstop to see if they'd be willing to top me off. Of course they were more than willing to assist and didn't even charge for the service. Before I drove out, they even offered me a drink. What wonderful service! Little things like that mean a lot.

I took my car here and am so happy I did! The Oilstop team is professional and courteous. They did a thorough inspection and made recommendations to keep my car running optimally without being too sales-y or pushy. They offer a range of different oils and made sure to address any concerns I had about my vehicle. They even offer a free car wash with oil change. Will definitely return!

I genuinely enjoy coming to Oilstop for my vehicles. It's not everyday that you have the opportunity to see the divine masculine at work. The diplomacy and respect these technicians have for one another and their work is truly unlike anything I've ever witnessed before. The grace translates to the customer. It's a really great experience to have, especially when you're brought in for service due to excitable warning indicators on your dash. Thanks Oilstop #1 Petaluma. And thanks Jacob; You do great work!
