I use them for my oil changes between my major services. Yesterday, I noticed my tire was low and after stopping at two gas stations that both had broken the air pumps, I drove up to Oilstop to see if they'd be willing to top me off. Of course they were more than willing to assist and didn't even charge for the service. Before I drove out, they even offered me a drink. What wonderful service! Little things like that mean a lot.

Zach did an awesome job on my 2010Ford Escape today! So quick and efficient but also such excellent customer service. This is my second time here now and won't go anywhere else moving forward. Thanks Zach!

I took my car here and am so happy I did! The Oilstop team is professional and courteous. They did a thorough inspection and made recommendations to keep my car running optimally without being too sales-y or pushy. They offer a range of different oils and made sure to address any concerns I had about my vehicle. They even offer a free car wash with oil change. Will definitely return!

I genuinely enjoy coming to Oilstop for my vehicles. It's not everyday that you have the opportunity to see the divine masculine at work. The diplomacy and respect these technicians have for one another and their work is truly unlike anything I've ever witnessed before. The grace translates to the customer. It's a really great experience to have, especially when you're brought in for service due to excitable warning indicators on your dash. Thanks Oilstop #1 Petaluma. And thanks Jacob; You do great work!

Really pushy with the products. Guy told me he couldn't see my oil line without add inaddictive Really? NO The employees were polite but you could tell they didn't like the words NO SALE Back to Valvoline!

Polite and helpful. They even gave me a soda while I waited. The price was good. They do recommend upgrades so it's a good idea to be aware of what service your car's manufacturer recommends for your time/milage so that you can decide if you want the additional service or not. Some people might feel that their recommending additional service is being pushy but I'm okay with it because I've had a few cars fail because a service didn't get done that should have been done. These gentlemen ALWAYS polite and ALWAYS working their butts off to get the job done with the best quality. Today, when I was here they had THREE consecutive difficult customers who were complaining about wait times. However, the employees handled the difficult customers with grace and politeness. Along with all of this, my battery cut out when I went to start my car and leave and they jumped it for me. Class act all the way through. Thank you fellas!
