Super convenient and quick. They explained everything and were not super pushy trying to upsell every aspect of the oil change. This will be my go to spot from now on.
Be ready to be harassed the moment you arrive for up charge services. Also, the guy I dealt with was acting shady like something was wrong with my car but was unwilling to tell me what. I couldn't tell if they messed something up during the oil change and were afraid to inform me, or if he was acting like that because I kept saying no to the many up charge services they were peddling. Either way it was shady and I advise you to avoid
I stopped by yesterday and the wait was ver 45 minutes, so I got there at 7:55 for their 8 o'clock opening. Super efficient and good coffee. I will keep going there.
Great service by the guys there when I got my trucks oil changed the other day, they checked all fluids from windshield washer to differential fluids. As well as my air filter which needed to be changed. I was blown away by how fast they worked and how great the service was.
I usually go to Oil changers ONLY because it is closest to my house. However, I have had numerous bad experiences there. I decided I didn't want to deal with their lack of customer service and long waits today so I came here. I was helped immediately and greeted pleasantly. They offered me something to drink while my services were performed. They explained everything to me since I don't know much about cars lol and they were finished in less than 10 mins. Mew to the area and this place was very fast, inexpensive and transparent. No upselling you stuff you don't need. Our service tech was super nice! I will definitely get my car serviced here again.
These guys are awesome. Zachary and Sam always take care of my work truck. I feel like my truck runs better after they are done with service.
Like always customer service and oil change service was excellent. Thanks Billy and his team for the oil change. First time at this one specific location. I usually go to the one in lake ville but the wait time was 1 hour. Easy in and out 15 minutes here. I love both location regardless. My Subaru Outback is running great! 93k strong!
A huge thank you & shout out to Billy and Mario from the E. Washington Oil stop. My teenage daughter drove from Novato to Petaluma today and she got a "Coolant Hot" and "Engine Overheating" messages that came on while in Petaluma. I told her to pull over and I hopped on google looking for a service station. I called Oil Stop and explained what happened to Billy and he said; "Send her here.
