I went to the OilStop on Washington Street and was very satisfied with the service; especially with Zach the team leader. Now that is a great employee! Knowledgeable, efficient, and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, the shop got busy and Zach couldn't complete the service so I was handed over to another tech. That tech didn't attach the service receipt to email billing. I'm not too fond of the email billing. I would rather have the hard copy receipt in hand when leaving the shop. They over-torqued my oil drain plug bolt. Will not be going back and will be warning my family/friends not to go here.
I won't go back. After oil change, I was a quart of oil low, plus a 1/4 quart low on transmission fluid, and my radiator wasn't serviced correctly. They can't offer me any reason to go back.

Wow! Just moved here and have been doing quite a bit of long-distance driving. Noticed while cruising south on 101 that I was 1200 miles overdue for an oil change! Found them in Yelp, and here I am, getting my oil changed. BUT! They also cleaned my windows and lubricated my door hinges and locks! Super friendly, fast service. I was in and out in the time it took me to write this review. Thanks, Oilstop!!!

I give one star, because there is no zero star option. I've used these guys a few times. They always try to sell you something you don't need, like filters on a brand new car, transmission service on a car with low miles etc. Yesterday, however was a new low for these guys. I sent my 17 year old son for an oil change that should be 70 dollars and they billed him 265 and tried to get another 100 for air filters. Best place ever. Gave me a free Coca-Cola, replaced everything, great customer service, and didn't pressure me into buying additional unneeded things! 10/10 best experience yet!
