Was loyal customer for 10 years. Brought my truck back into to Oil Stop after a few thousand miles because it was severely leaking oil that they serviced!! Tech looked @ it for 1 minute and gave some b.s. story that filter was fine and sent me away?!?! Brought to dealership for oil change a week later and leak was gone after basic oil change!! Oil Stop techs failed to properly install basic Toyota filter. 100% failure on proper seal for Toyota Tundra here. Sent me away because they really weren't interested in a return custo... read more

Great experience. Staff very warm, polite, professional. They walk you through every step, show you the new and the old parts being replaced. Offer complimentary beverages throughout. Recommended services, replacement parts but I did not feel pressured to do any of them. Upfront about how long the wait might be when you get there. All-and-all a great experience, I have no complaints, would definitely come back assuming prices don't change significantly (which has happened for follow-up visits at competing shops).

Super easy drive up. Waited about 1.5hr before my car got serviced (came midday on a Thursday). They offered sodas, water and coffee while I waited. Even washed my windows, lubricated my door hinges and checked my tire pressure, and checked my air filters. They are so open with each thing they're doing, showing me the products they were gonna use, even showing me the current condition of some of my parts. I arrived here at 8 AM third in line it's now 10:17 and I'm still here it took almost 2 hours for them to get to my car this is so ridiculous. A few minutes after they' started working on my car the guy disappeared for a good five minutes. I have to get their attention that I've been here for two hours and I didn't want to stay for another two hours.

Incredibly slow and no communication as to why the other lanes keep moving and ours has been at a standstill for 45 minutes. Still not moving and if I could get out I'd leave. Not coming back.

I (ok my car) was in desperate need of an oil change (had driven 7k miles since last one and a long drive was on the horizon). I had called and made an appt with Big O' but when I arrived the service rep was rude and claimed that I must have not made the appt as they do not schedule oil changes at that hour. I was furious that their employee (who made the appt) apparently was just wasting my time for kicks. I left Big O frustrated and upset. 1st time coming here. Arrived early morning and was one of the first customers in. Great customer service and teamwork. They do try to upsell products/services but no pressure at all. They worked very efficiently. I wish to return again in the future. My car service was done within 40 min.
