Antonio Chavez-Mendez spent the last two years helping us keep the inside and outside of our home rodent and pest-free. He is great at communicating when he's coming, listening to anything we are worried about, offers helpful solutions, is always on time, and thoroughly does his paperwork. Antonio's level of professionalism is also extended to my young children who love to ask him a million questions. He is patient, courteous, and helpful. I highly recommend Antonio Chavez-Mendez.

Marcus is bomb! I love my tech, Marcus. He explains every detail so you know what to expect. Ants are trying to overthrow the government in my home. every time we treat they move to a new location. This is on me because I didn't want to treat my entire house. If they recommend it...do it. What I also like is that you can call for a tech to come out anytime if you have a problem, even between scheduled appointments. I also like that Marcus recommended bait to help attack the source. I give them a full 5 stars - service, effectiveness & affordability are all great. I had a problem with spiders and ants. They started service at my home two months ago and I've still not seen a single intrude since. My place was covered in spider webs, this is no longer an issue. My service tech is Z, he's prompt, keeps in touch and is flexible when trying to schedule. I have dogs, he calls before arriving so that I can get them squared away. He gets the job done!

I love our technician Zerius Collins (zee) , he has been serving for more than 2.5 years . He take care of my house like his own house. He is very professional, respectful and courteous employee. You don't really have to watch him or keep eye on him , he does his job from the heart . I had some issues with orkin in past , as I only want Saturday service, I almost left this business and take my business to other companies, but because of Zee "s initiative, he talk to his supervisor and kept me with orkin. ORKIN IS THE BEST!!! when I started my new Apartment Manager job here in Hayward the previous managers let the roach problem get way out of control at the 2 complexes I manage in Hayward, CA. Terminix was handling the roach problem here and it was a very bad situation. Tenants were moving out, and complaints were frequent on the roaches. Tony from the Oakland Residential Branch provided outstanding customer service! He was detailed on his work and finished on timely fashion. He explained to us on how he will conduct his work and he did not disappoint at all. I haven't seen a single ant or any bug since. Also he took the time to follow up with me to see how everything is going. Thank you Tony! I recommend Tony to all of you.

Jonathan out of the Hayward branch was very professional, informative, and thorough. Jonathan came into my place of employment today and did some extra spraying in my office as well left behind some sticky traps. THANK YOU JONATHAN FOR SHOWING UP AND GETTING IT DONE!! YOU'RE THE BEST!!
