The worst service. They can't read notes can't follow instructions. They will charge you even no job was done. Please do no use them.

Called on 5/20/2026 at 10:25am. Was told the manager was with customer in the field he will call back. Well it's been a week and still waiting. I don't think they want to handle the complain. Would give them ZERO

we dealt with them for termite control twice. But this time for pest control they sucked charged you and never showed up even when they did the technician did half ass job. Sometimes showed up without setting up appointment. When called to cancel they gave a long excuse. Seems we have to call BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO GET REFUND.ALREADY SENT 2 E-MAIL TO CANCEL CONTRACT. NO REPLY. WOUN'T DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. I THINK THEY SHOULD REFUND FOR SERVICE NOT PROVIDED.

This is the worst service that you can expect. They force you into a year long subscription with no room to cancel or amend. Its a trap!

Zero stars if I could. Dragged the inspection process out over 3 weeks as the inspector's phone was off and they couldn't get a hold of him for his schedule. I called 4 times and asked to be connected to a manager (Kyle). Every time they said he would call me back and he never did. A year ago we did have mosquito service and Dave was wonderful but apart from that, my experience with Orkin is horrible.

If you feel like lighting hundreds of dollars on fire and still having a rodent problem, then by all means, call Orkin. This isn't "pest control"--it's a high-priced theater performance where the only victim is your bank account. I paid a premium for "expert" intervention. Instead, a technician showed up, spent five minutes throwing four pathetic traps on the floor, and vanished. I could have done a more thorough job myself for the price of a cup of coffee. Do NOT use this company After paying a large amount of money they said they wouldnt bring traps cause i wasnt due for a month The co that came after said theircwork wasshoddy abd materials could rust Very bad experience

the guy came & put a few cardboard boxes down in the house, promising to come back the following day. he didnt & i got no cancellation or response to my emails. i spent $300 for absolutely nothing. mice are still running around my house, & orkin is refusing to return calls etc.. what a total ripoff, & i;m out $300. if i had been able to use paypal, i could have gotten my money back. i wish i could sue orkin.
