Utilized them for something that I didn't know what was inside my house. I had Orkin guy who placed maybe 5 that were non-functionable and didn't have anything really to lure the animal. Continued to have problems called on third day. Asked for emergency visit. Couldn't get one until the following Monday, which would make it almost 6 days from the first visit. Had to have somebody else come yesterday as I was seeing it run in my house and do me a favor to capture the animal. I called Orkin to cancel the contract and get a ... read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! This is a very unprofessional company. I hired them because rodents were coming in my apartment long story short they were absolutely no help in getting rid of them all they did was set glue traps all over my kitchen countertops and floors which did not prevent nor capture them. After four months the problem was starting to get worse and I had to hire someone else to get the job done which they did and thankfully my rodent problem was finally under control I called Orkin to stop service and they... read more

There is a reason they average around 1 star. Customer service is not even a 1-star. I found a brown recluse spider in my bedroom and requested interior pest control service. Twice a "no-show" after I arranged for my cats to be moved out of the home for interior spider treatment. Not even an apology for the no-show. Then, when I called to cancel their services, they told me I have a contract with a 30-day notice. After a 'discussion' with local customer support, they agreed to cancel my contract.

Our first service was good. the second service was better I believe we got marcus and after that they fake sprayed and fake swept the eves. Literally had spiders the next day. complained about ants and the so called pest control tech asked me where they were coming in at lol. recommended a product that did not work instead of using something that would guarantee customer satisfaction. this company should not be in business. F*** Orkin!!!
I emailed multiple times with no response and when I called them they said someone will call me back, never got a call back. Save yourself time headache and money by going elsewhere
All they care about is money. They hardly show up after signing the contract. No call, no notification, very rude personnel. Don't bother hiring them.
Don't know where to start. Had an ant infestation and called Orkin. Initial appointment was scheduled technician never showed up .No call no notification. Second appointment technician showed up and was very thorough. It's been down hill from there. Multiple appointments scheduled only to be rescheduled. Communication is HORRIBLE. I wouldn't even give them one star , THEY ARE THIEVES , this for the main orkin , they are thieves , the rep forged my husbands initials on paper to show we signed up one year contract WHERE AS WE NEVER DID , we never asked for one year contract ..
