I am incredibly frustrated with Orkin's handling of our account. We purchased a one-time treatment for our annual pest control, but since April, we've had to call them over 20 times because they keep insisting we're in a contract, which we never signed up for. 0/5 Stars Called to let them know I moved out and they put it on file as if I was GOING to move out when I had already exited the property. Paid a cancellation fee just to find out they didn't put it on file. The next month they entered the property without reason and blindly following their branch's orders even though it was more than clear nobody lived in the apartment anymore. However I guess I'm still being required to pay the service for which I didn't receive.

As others have stated on here, Derrick Nesbitt is a piece of work. The story is long so I'll just give bullet points: Extremely rude and unprofessional Shows up unannounced with a hard sell for termite tenting Doesn't actually do any termite inspection Accusatory, aggressive and nasty tone of voice Overpromises and then expects customers and the actual fumigation company to deal with it I could go on but you get the picture. If you want a horrible experience, then he's your guy.

How is this place in business?? I'm calling the better business bureau today! I will no longer take the disrespect and play their stupid game! They don't catch pest they catch you and wheel you in for monthly payments!!!

Trying to get a copy of a service contract for over a month, then they won't come back out since it's been over a month. I'm a property manager and I will not use Orkin again.

I've been using Orkin for over a year but it was getting too expensive for me. I called to change to a less expensive program. Instead of getting cheaper, it almost doubled. So instead of paying $62.50/mo they charged me $104.50/mo! I tried calling several times and no call back. I finally talked to them and they said, who was the person who helped you? How would I know. They finally swtiched it back but no refund for the overpayment. I did ask her for her name!

I Been with orkin for over 10 years this is the 2nd time out of the 10 years that I called in to request service for inside the houses due to seeing more spiders and bugs. My appointment with orkin was 7/24 from 8am to 10pm. My wife had to take half day off work and we had to drop the kids off at my parents house because after the service we have to leave the house for 2-4 hours. We got serviced for the first time by Orkin on Thursday 6/20/24 to spray the entire perimeter of my house for spiders. When I woke up Friday morning to leave for work I see my car was STOLEN from my driveway behind my house. Upon reviewing my surveillance cameras, I noticed the technician that was at my house the day prior was walking out of my back driveway at 3:39 AM. These people. I cannot regret more my involving them in my pest problems. The last visit was 'free follow up visit' and they went under my house and broke the under the house door. They did not inform me, but left my under the house door broken (I had paid someone to fix it and these are the only folks that went under my home) and basically left it open for mice to get in...which the mice did!
