Review grade is F. I have never had such a bad experience as this was. They breached their contract by not showing up for scheduled visits or showing up when not scheduled and sending a different person. I was told if I did not like the service after the first visit I could cancel. I cancelled after a few visits when their person Reza no longer was assigned. That is when things went bad. Wow! What a horrible experience! I told them my availability multiple times. They kept automatically scheduling when I was not home. I would take time out of my day to call them and reschedule every time. They ended up just showing up on a day that I was not home and spraying only the front of my house. Then demanded payment for only servicing 10% of what they usually sprayed. They do not care about maintaining a relationship with their customers. Treatment did not work. They did not schedule and return for follow ups when expected. And when I asked to come back to do it again, they wanted to charge me an additional $100. 12 months of their service and the problem still isn't taken care of. And they charge me an extra payment, I called many times asking why they charge me an extra payment and one of the customer services told that it's for the month of July 2024 and the other one told me that it's from December 2023. I don't even know where to begin! All I can say is check out the Yelp reviews for this company specifically reviews that mention Derrik Nesbitt. Orkin was our 1st inspection/quote of many. It ALWAYS pay off to have several inspections/quotes in order to make an informed & educated decision!! 1. Scammers. Hired them for a one time service and explicitly said over the phone that this was just going to be a one time hire. A guy comes and performs the service and has my sister sign a document saying "this is just for confirmation that I came". Unknown to her, in the fine print there was a term stating that this was a contract for bimonthly services. Now I cant even get in contact with the branch manager to dispute this. Absolutely terrible.

I am incredibly frustrated with Orkin's handling of our account. We purchased a one-time treatment for our annual pest control, but since April, we've had to call them over 20 times because they keep insisting we're in a contract, which we never signed up for. On 9/17, I received a call from Myles, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me that if I wanted to cancel the "contract," I would need to write a letter. 0/5 Stars Called to let them know I moved out and they put it on file as if I was GOING to move out when I had already exited the property. Paid a cancellation fee just to find out they didn't put it on file. The next month they entered the property without reason and blindly following their branch's orders even though it was more than clear nobody lived in the apartment anymore. However I guess I'm still being required to pay the service for which I didn't receive.

As others have stated on here, Derrick Nesbitt is a piece of work. The story is long so I'll just give bullet points: Extremely rude and unprofessional Shows up unannounced with a hard sell for termite tenting Doesn't actually do any termite inspection Accusatory, aggressive and nasty tone of voice Overpromises and then expects customers and the actual fumigation company to deal with it I could go on but you get the picture. If you want a horrible experience, then he's your guy.
