It was very easy to set up a pest control plan. So far two techs have been out to spray the property. Both guys, Luis and Christian, were very nice and professional. I would recommend Orkin.
Ray is phenomenal! We manage more than 100 units over 4 different properties where we use their monthly service. We switched from another company who did not have the professionalism, modern treatments, or thoroughness to eliminate the problem. Ray communicates with the tenants professionally, he shows up on time or provides advance notice if he is running late. He is informative and best of all, he gets those little boogers! Thanks Ray for fixing our roach problem after a year of trying with someone else!
I had a free termite inspection byRenRen and he was so thorough. We have a wildlife critter problem in our basement area and he pointed me in the right direction to have my problems solved. We are set up for cages to capture, a person to cement all the applicable areas and a clean-up crew to remove all the waste. Orkin seems to be able to solve all my problems. I just had my house serviced for termites. I called 2 top exterminators and both told me I needed to have the house tented (fumigated). Neither of the two companies did a thorough inspection, so I called Orkin. Orkin was by far the most thorough. They not only inspected the outside perimeter, they inspected my entire attic, crawl space and then gave me the report along with pictures they took of my crawl space.. We love Tuan Nguyen, he is literally the best! He always calls the day before he comes to remind us to unlock our gate and keep the dogs in the house which is much appreciated. He cleans all the spider webs each time he comes (on the house/fence/bushes/garbage cans/etc.), so it always looks better after Tuan's visits. Derek Nesbitt came out to conduct an inspection on one of our properties on behalf of Orkin. He arrived on time (which has not been my experience with other inspections), he was extremely professional and informative regarding exactly what he was doing.
