Made an appointment and Anna, a Senior Inspector showed up for inspection day. The reason why I choose Orkin because of what was provided and the actions that took place while she inspected my property. She was very thorough with the Termite Inspection. I called ORKIN because I saw a rat in my house one night and was in a total panic. I called the next morning and Martin Blackburn came out that same day. He found how they were getting into my house and blocked the entry and set traps. The next morning I woke up and found they were trying to get into my garage because their other entryway was blocked so I called him again...Martin again came out that same day blocked the entry and set more traps in my garage. We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Orkin Pest and Termite Control. We were faced with 400+ hornets flying inside our home on the Friday evening prior to Labor Day weekend. Though hesitant about using Orkin given the reviews online, we were impressed by Orkin's responsiveness, professional work. Just goes to show the experience isn't the same every time. Thank Goddess the same technician didn't come out. My tenants called this company. I wouldn't have given them a second chance. This time actually got great service. Couldn't find anyone to spray the property quickly for fleas because it was a weekend. They were able to come quick. The price was reasonable and service got the job done. I'm giving a 5 star review and I'm about to explain why. We bought a brand new refrigerator from Home Depot. We eventually start seeing roaches in our kitchen when we cook, turn the lights on, or a baby roach is moving when I sweep my floor. So I called Orkin the next morning got a quote and setup time. Orkin was awesome. The rep Long Trinh was really attentive to what needed doing. Gave us discounts and made sure that the gas got turned on when we would arrive back from our trip. He even had timbers that were in the crawl space removed. The ground treatment went smoothly without a hitch and the tenting too. Highly recommend.

We called Orkin a few months after we bought our house, and we had so many ants in our backyard they started to move into our house. They actually came out the next day to treat the problem. 1 year later we are still very satisfied with their service. Gene is always friendly, and does a great job when treating our home. We still do find a few ants here and there, but not a huge deal. We would definitely recommend them!! Prices are very reasonable.

I called Orkin because I had a Gnat problem and they assured me that they could take care of it, so I made an appointment for the following day. The representative came out, he happened to be the manager, Ken. I told him of my problem and he was incredibly honest with me and did not want to sell me anything that I did not need, which in this case was a year long contract. Wow, they are amazing, they eliminated all pests and yes they are the Worlds best, tried a dozen pest controls before trying them.
