We got serviced for the first time by Orkin on Thursday 6/20/24 to spray the entire perimeter of my house for spiders. When I woke up Friday morning to leave for work I see my car was STOLEN from my driveway behind my house. Upon reviewing my surveillance cameras, I noticed the technician that was at my house the day prior was walking out of my back driveway at 3:39 AM. These people. I cannot regret more my involving them in my pest problems. The last visit was 'free follow up visit' and they went under my house and broke the under the house door. They did not inform me, but left my under the house door broken (I had paid someone to fix it and these are the only folks that went under my home) and basically left it open for mice to get in...which the mice did! Terrible company! Set up an appointment early in the day and they stated they'd come in between 2PM - 4PM.. when 4PM came around I was on hold for 20minutes for them to tell me that an appointment was never made. A whole day wasted waiting for them! Then they insist I've never made an appointment.

This is my first time writing the review as I think other customers should be careful when hiring this company. I do not recommend this company and regretted that I requested service from them; I think that it is so unwise that I signed the agreement without asking them to list all services that they will perform on the initial service because I trusted them as a well known company. I've had Orkin Pest Control for several years, but due to their alleged inability to service the attic area of my home, i had to discontinue their services. They claimed the attic was too high, yet for over a month they failed to communicate. Moreover, other services have no problem reaching the attic. When I was finally was able to talk to a manager for a minute or two about the issue, the call failed due to reception issues. BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY . Their salesperson Derrick N was extremely rude , unprofessional and condescending. Plus quoted me treatments that my house didn't need. I am so glad that I didn't go with them. I wish I had read the reviews even before scheduling a free inspection. The whole experience with them was awful.

Terrible! I was told when starting service I pas to pay every other month and they would service every other month. Turns out I am being charged every month but they only service every other month. What a rip off.

I would give Zero Stars. Horrible customer service. Booked 3 different times with confirmation, did not show up, did not call all 3 times. 3 strikes...you're out. Now I see why they have 1 1/2 stars. Terrible company!

They are scammers!! They will charge you and not complete the service. I was charged repeatedly and the technician never came out, this was confirmed by the cameras outside my home! It took 2 months of repeated calls to speak with a supervisor and they were useless. Chris and Tim refused to refund the charge because they "trust" the technician. I will never use them again and will never recommend them to anyone!
