Great and professional interaction with Palmetto and subcontractor Energy Solutions Direct (ESD) for installation of both Solar Panels and Home Storage Battery system. Starting with representative Julius Williams, we were quickly able to get a great quote for an installation for my needs. Then a team of efficient and professional representatives contacted me to guide me through the process.
So far I am satisfied with this company and there people , like other companies there are a few bumps in the road but as of now I am good with this company . I know I have only been with them for a month or so but so far so good .
All 3 of the sales force that I had in my home were prompt cordial and knowledgeable. They were well spoken and presented a professional image
