Palmetto has been so easy to work with. They handled everything from start to finish and kept me informed at all times. They continue with great service when I needed a copy of my lease. My first impression with Xavier was how friendly and knowledgeable he was. I did sign up for the solar panels and found out the rest of the people I had contact with were just as friendly and knowledgeable. My system isn't up and running yet due to some unforseen complications but I'm being kept in the loop as to what is happening. I'm not rating value and quality since the installation isn't completed yet.
From the moment I made the call the customer service representative took ownership of my problem. Easy to understand and great communication skills were provided by your employee. I got the answer that I needed. Thank you.
I used Palmetto to install my solar system back in September 2021. It has worked fantastically ever since. My savings on electric bills have been phenomenal! The rebates from electric company pretty much cover the installation finance charges. I can actually track my daily and monthly usage. I highly recommend their quality service.
Since signing up with a solar provider often requires an official contract, I found myself receiving so many communications from Palmetto I became suspicious. When I called the customer service line, my representative was able to identify 3 providers with signed contracts. After giving the representative the name of the provider I agreed to go with, she was able to remove the extra contracts from my account. It was an easy fix.
Palmetto has navigated the whole process and quickly indetifed and sloved my problem. Very responsive and trustworthy!
