I was having trouble with the company doing the install and activation of my system. Just literally the worst experience I've had in a long time. Palmetto got on it and problem solved in a hurry! System works well and i am glad that the people at Palmetto are supporting it.
Imagine my fear when I saw I had been billed 3 times in 1 month !! Because of the skill of the tech I was dealing with ( I do not recall his name ), I was given a clear and, believable explanation of what had occured. Skilled, well trained and professional help. Well Done. Problem solved.
I am glad to say my experience with Palmetto representatives has been great. Starting with the sales representatives for the rental of the batteries and then the financial representatives whom responded immediately to the email request regarding financing the batteries instead. I have no complaints and is looking forward to meeting the installation team for the solar panel batteries .
