I loved working with Ali and Alfonso at Inty. They were very patient and informative.
We were interested in purchasing solar someday, and their sales rep talked us into signing a solar leasing agreement, with a bonus offered for an immediate commitment. After talking it over more and looking carefully at our financial situation, we decided the time is just not right for us now. For personal reasons, I recently had changed my mind about having solar installed. I was apprehensive about notifying them, but I was answered promptly & there was no pressure to change my mind. That says alot about the character of this company.
This is company is supreme, top notch and off the chain! The customer service is the best I have ever dealt with! They answer every question and they always respond quickly! Honestly, going solar has not only saved us money, but has been a great experience with the Palmetto Company! They ROCK!
