I was having some problems of understanding the program and they explained to me what they knew and I told them that I was having problem getting in touch with avvio and they called them to they couldn’t get in touch with them but palmetto was a good help and finally I got a call from avvio and they explain everything to me
It took a bit to clarify with the first customer service person, but we got it done. My insurance agent needed info re: lease vs. purchase, repair responsibility, etc. I had worked with Leo and Seif (both of whom were stellar) during the application process. After some difficulty, mostly on my part in explaining what the insurance agent needed, the second customer support person sent me the contract, which provided exactly what the insurance agent needed.
Was wondering if system was operating correctly, they responded the next day! They checked system and said was working properly!
The gentleman who helped me with my problem got back to me in a very timely fashion. He was very thorough in his explanation and inquired if there was anything else he could help me with.
I was skeptical at first about whether it was worth getting solar panels, but with Palmetto it was well worth it. My monthly electric bill went down substantially. I also love how they said they would take care of any damage from weather like storms or hurricanes to the shutters. Once everything was installed, I didn't have to worry about a thing and just enjoyed the extra money I was saving.
