I wish I could give them zero star. I have had my solar system for just around two years. In July of 2021 I began receiving abnormally high electric bills. I discovered that my solar system was no longer producing electricity and that the inverter, made by Solar Edge, was bad. After a few weeks of MULTIPLE emails and phone calls I arranged to have the inverter replaced. A few weeks later I received the received invertor. We purchased our panels and they were installed in June 2021. Before purchasing our sales rep asked us for a years worth of electric bills so they could get an average of our usage and they also based our monthly payment for the panels and were told essentially we will have a zero utility bill (some months a credit and the only payment would be towards the solar panel. This is the exact opposite of what was sold. Our utility bill is still the same and now it's double once you add in the payment for the panels. We have contac... read more
I would give them zero stars I have been trying to get ahold of them they put a new roof on and I was just waiting for the permit. They emailed me on oct 7th saying I cancelled the project which I did not. They emailed my rep saying I was disqualified for solar by structural damage. which there should be one because they put a new roof on. I keep on calling and they wont give me any answers and keep on waiting for a call. If they cant fix the problem then I will call a different competitor.
