Although it would be better if they had 100% text line, they respond pretty quickly to emails and the online chat worked, with only up to a five minute, wait between texts. They are able to transfer the warrantees on the solar panels and they do reply to every email.

My dashboard was not working and I could not see my stats. A brief (and not inaccurate) chat with their AI bot---which did helpfully ask if I would like a person---led to someone who could take my request. Once the request was made, the action was fast and accurate. My dashboard was fixed and functioning within an hour.
