Had couple of questions with me being a new customer about billing and your customer service rep was able to help me right away
From beginning to so far, not up and running yet,they've been great . The program from the city to Eversource is what's taking the time. Jake is the best, and he works with some great people.
I've had the solar panels operational for a few months. Had a question/complaint about a widget that disappeared from both the app and the web site around the same time they released their new branding. I assumed it was part of the rebranding. The CSR explained that the missing widget was due to a missing feed from the panel controller and that the panel manufacturer was working on the issue. Brad responded quickly to my question and the information I needed was emailed quickly.
I contacted Palmetto re: being a new user of solar power and having billing issues . It was confirmed that everything was working as expected and for me to contact my electric company’s billing dept. which I did and was able to confirm that the issue did lay w/ the electric company and has been resolved.
They came and were very knowledgeable about all our questions. They went out of their way to make sure we understood everything.
Dayne Ryan showed up on time, was thoroughly prepared and clearly explained everything this company offers. I had several questions and he took the time to answer and make sure I understood.
Excellent Customer Service. I was consered with my solar output because of our electric bill. Palmetto let me know the production and gave me suggestions on energy saving ideas and offered me a better electric plan to save on costs.
Service was great love solar repersinitives are knowledgeably very polite would recommend solar to every one really like the system works really good have a great day thanks
