A little mixed up on my part, but the representative was very patient with me. He finally helped me to figure it out. I could not get his name but he was very patient.
Palmetto has great customer service and helped me with my solar panels they were quick and had patience.
Any questions I have regarding my solar system is always answered and given care.

Everyone on the team has been very helpful with explanation and total help with paperwork. Even when we changed the original paperwork to add a battery. All our calls have been returned in a very timely time and I received direct answers to my questions. I am happy on this new journey.
