Great product and friendly staff. I am saving $100/month over the budget bill I had with my electric company! It took almost a year from when we got the ball rolling to everything working, but it is worth it. Everyone who has come to the house has been friendly and hard working.

I have had a very good experience with Palmetto. They did a good job with installment.
Palmetto Solar has been a God send. I am new to Solar and no idea what to expect. Many of my concerns have been resolved expeditiously. I know I have someone to call or email if a issue should arise.
I have had a critical system alert on my system for a few days. I went through the support and tried to restart my system, that did not resolve the issue. Unfortunately, with the holiday weekend, I wasn’t able to connect to support until today. I was able to talk to Sunny through the chat, which was very quick, a lot of the times with the chat. Very Helpful Customer Service, while my immediate problem was not resolved they answer all my questions with responses far beyond the normal FAQ responses you would expect. The Customer service representative provided Helpful contact information and it was much appreciated.
My app has error in it due to recent transfer. The customer service agent said they would make sure it's fixed in next 2 days so hopefully that happens. Ceiling was very helpful
We have dealt with our solar installation for almost 2 yrs now and Sometimes it's difficult to understand but palmetto support is always available.
