I wanted to leave a review for the swift and fantastic service provided to me in reference to a legal name change on my acct. I spoke to customer service representative Jose via chat and he quickly submitted the request. I was able to upload my document through the chat and everything which was very convenient! This morning I had an email to sign the new document and all was completed in less than a day. Great service, easy process!
I get fast up dates I think they can read my mind. I can call or email my questions. If I need document they are sent quickly. Ever step im informed. I get sent information I didn't know i needed. I feel like I was taught a class on how solar works.. it's been a nice experience
