Jose was wonderful, but I want able to reboot my solar system after following the listed steps.
I contacted Palmetto Solar to let them know that my system had stopped producing last month and that a technician had replaced my inverter but I could not see any change in production. The Palmetto representative informed me that I needed to send a picture of the qr code to them and they would update their records so that my monitoring dashboard would begin working again.
