Devon was very professional when I called to cancel the solar panel work. I cancelled mainly because of the negative reviews on the BBB website concerning Palmetto.
Even though I decided to put off getting clean energy for another year, I was impressed with the knowledge that my saleswoman had as well as her desire to make it as easy as possible for me. That was a blessing. When I decide to go forward I know where to go.

I was very pleased with my experience with Palmetto from day one. The local sales rep, Steve, was extremely well-informed, helpful, responsive and not at all aggressive. I felt very confident moving forward with Palmetto because of Steve. Later, during installation and the pending activation, all other members of the Palmetto proved to be equally helpful and professional. The decision to go with Palmetto is already paying off with lower electricity bills.

Following the incident of fire damage to our home I called Palmetto to let them know and Theresa was very concerned and helped me all the way. We talked about getting the technicians out to recover the panels and equipment and she put a halt on my payments. She was very nice and her attitude was very kind through the whole experience.
