For some reason they can't figure out how to take their auto-payment out on the same date each month. some times its the end of the month, sometimes its the 10th of the following month.

They will fight you at every turn. Gave us so little for our roof that it costs us thousands of dollars out of pocket. An adjuster told me our deductible was $500 so we gathered up enough then when it all came due it was actually $1000 due to very confusing wording. When I told Pekin that she quoted $500 even in an email they said sorry she is new. 🤷🏻♀️ Give is your $1000. We had a rough year with our home and needed to file another claim. I was told that if we did we would not be renewed so I waited for over a week ... read more

they are terrible they were supposed to call me dealing with my car took over a week and didn't even inform me that they were closed on Friday nor did they call to tell me knowing the rental car had to go back Friday after only having it for 6 days when I was told I would get it for 10 day but they don't care if someone needs to get to work and now they are telling me my car is only worth 9 grand and giving me the run around definitely not worth getting insurance with them at all
