I recently cancelled a commercial auto policy due to the extreme rudeness and incompetence of customer service. I was on the phone today 12/5/16 with customer service. Agent asked me for my policy number that I didn't know. Took 10 minutes for her to find a policy I have had for 2 years. Blame Facebook ads for showing irrelevant posts to people.
Our vehicle was hit by a driver insured by Pekin. We took the car to the body shop to be fixed and was provided a loaner vehicle so that we wouldn't be without a car. Our car is now completed and it's time to take the loaner back however we will be unable to leave with our personal vehicle due the adjustor from Pekin working on the case has not sent out payment to the body shop for the loaner. This Claim departments is the worse company. They treat everyone with complete disrespect. You can call them 10 times and not return phone calls. You can send 10 emails and nothing. WORST COMPANY EVER. DON'T GET PEKIN YOU WILL GET SCREW!!!

Been waiting for a check from the insurance which they said they mailed days ago. Driver with pekin insurance hit me then yelled profanities at me and insurance has been real slow at sending payment leaving me and my family waiting and waiting and leaving me without a car to get to work. They sure couldn't wait to get my car out of the salvage yard to save them money on the storage. I should of waited till I got payment before allowing that to happen. Cause now it seems like they are in no hurry whatsoever.

Very dissatisfied with the quality of service on a claim. Adjuster named Desiree came out and couldn't get up on my roof and told me that I don't have any damage on my roof but I do have on my skylights and gutters. How can you say I don't have damage on my roof if you can't get up on it to assess? In this case, we hired an engineer to inspect the roof. The findings of the engineer concurred with those of our adjuster.
