I have been a vendor for Pekin Insurance for over 20 years, and they are one of the small handful of insurance companies I work with that are customer service driven. They are always on a "win-win" playing field. Tough to find that in today's insurance Environment.
This place is a joke. Our car, that was sitting in our driveway, was totalled by a car covered by Peking Ins. They told us before their "investigation" that they were probably going to deny the claim because the lady driving wasn't responsible because she was getting beat up by her boyfriend. They wouldn't even write our insurance company a letter so we could get it covered under uninsured motorist. We will see you in court.

These people are such rip offs. They're scam artists looking to wrangle you in just to suck you dry with their payments that constantly rise. They're only looking out for them, not you. The last time I filed a claim with them the adjuster took "shotty" pictures for my claim because stuff didn't look brand new like her Cadillac she pulled up in. DID NOTHING about the black mold. Only gave me 800 to replace the floor that's it. I had to come up with 2,500 to replace everything that was destroyed and had black mold growing. The... read more

We were hit by a person insured by this company. The agent was a douche. We had to set up our own rental car. He was borderline harassing. He emailed and called 3 times in 10 minutes. Very rude on the phone. Apparently he doesn't understand that people work during the day. He was very unprofessional. I would like to have a supervisor contact us to log a complaint against him.

Very disrespectful adjustors. My father has had them for years, and now he has a claim they are terrible. He is getting rid of them and I am as well.

Just switched to pekin insurance recently.. The process went smoothly and I was able to get a cheaper rate than what I was getting with my previous insurer..
