Nine shingles blew off different spots and they won't pay to have it fixed. This company is a joke. And now my ceiling is leaking when it rains. Why hire people that don't know anything about houses? I guess I answered my own question. They don't have to help and I still pay what I owe every month. Looking for a new company on my next day off.

Well my husband called today to get insurance cards. Evidently we have no insurance for 2 years the lady said. Really ? She told my husband to call back in the morning to talk to office manager. How come that money comes out of my bank every month. I'm fricking livid!! So they been fraud my ass for 2 year ? Better get some answers tomorrow. My payment comes out every month no accidents. Complete and utter disaster. To make a long story short, my experience with Pekin Insurance was awful from the very start. I worked with an insurance broker who recommended this company. Here was my short, and absolutely awful experience with this company. 1. The broker asked me for my bank account number and routing number, so Pekin could withdraw payments. I gave him my general account number, but they needed my checking account number. When Pekin went to pull money, it was kicked back because they had the wrong numb... read more

You guys suck. One of your insured drivers totaled my car, caused severe bodily injury and are not paying. Thank god I have state farm because they had to pay. And a side note, your driver was convicted and had to pay a ticket and have court supervision but yet not accepting liability. Horrible insurance company in my eyes.

Has anyone else had trouble paying their insurance by computer or automation...I have 6 policies pay them same day, same bank route number, and same checking account. 2 weeks later I get a call from my insurance agent saying the bank doesn't recognize my account on one of the policys, their will be a $35 service fee, because your bank charges this. My bank DOES NOT CHARGE THIS. A customer should not be punished because a number is missing or wrong and a courtesy call earlier than 2 weeks would be appreciated. My insurance a... read more
