Very smooth, no surprises, and closed much earlier than expected.
Clear and punctual communication about the loan documents and the overall process.
Quicker responses to emails and quicker call backs. Better communication on the process. Ensuring all documentation is accurate without having to make adjustments the day prior to closing. Initial Loan officer and Final Closing agent did however provide great customer service.
