First let me begin by saying that Paige Arnold was absolutely pleasant to work with and communicated frequently and very clearly. Our issues began with our loan officer, Jason Minor. Here is an outline of what happened. Began loan communications with Jason Minor early in October and solidified that we would go with Pennymac. After this Jason Minor was completely absent and would not reply. I had to reach out to two managers to complete our loan.

My fiance with Penny Mac was so smooth. They made the process so easy. I really appreciated the communication between me and the company and the company and all the parties. The webpage to upload documents was user friendly. Overall I recommend it.

Credit Report was not correct and needed to be requested a second to reflect new changes but was ignored.... Communication was at times difficult by phone and messages. Appraisal was a terrible experience. Closing money still has not cleared over one week after deposit. We will not do this again....

The my mac team was wonderful. Fernando Rico kept me updated and informed on the process and it went exactly as he said it would. This was the smoothest process I've had to date. Thank you!!!
