Easy professional transaction
It was not clear on when the money should be sent. One agent said pay one last payment and your boss said no that I was finished paying ???
After my loan closed, we found out our closing numbers were wrong and instead of $2,000 back, we should have received $200 and some dollars. We had to write a check back to service link. Then we received paperwork for our "new" loan and the address is incorrect. Really? It seems like pretty incompetent work.
The individual we worked with was not organized which made our experience frustrating and stressful.
I already had a loan with PennyMac using my VA loan. I need to get my monthly payments lowered after I separated and they made it quick and easy. I have a lower payment and lower interest rate now.
My experience with Bridget Manassarian was exceptional. It was a breeze and highly recommend PennyMac to anyone looking to refinance. Bridget called every week to update me on the loan. I never felt like I was on pins and needles knowing I was in good hands. I can say undoubtedly your expectations will be exceeded using PennyMac, Bridget, and all the fine staff they employ. 5 STARS HANDS DOWN!
