Very pleasant and knowledgeable. David Kelly was, from the start, a great person to talk with. He was the reason I stayed with PennyMac despite a slightly better offer on the table from a competitor. It isn't always about a few dollars when you get service, knowledge, and person ability like I received with David Kelly. My experience was seamless and with the Covid19 pandemic I felt the communication and service was excellent. I highly recommend Pennymac and this is my 3rd time using them. They are respectful to veterans also and I felt they worked well with me and made the process stress free.

It was a fast, easy and secure process. Since I was merely refinancing my current PennyMac mortgage, much of the information was already provided....which made in confusing when I was asked to produce documents about a lien on the home (which turned out to be a solar panel lease). But, Zandy remedied the confusion quickly and professionally. The mortgage process was relatively painless. Nicely done, Zandy and PennyMac.
Linda was a joy to work with during the entire refinance process! She always kept me up to date with weekly calls. I cannot say enough good things about her and my experience with PennyMac!
The service was professional, friendly, patient, and timely. We actually would have closed within two weeks if we would have been available. We still closed within three weeks!
Process was easy. Seemed to move very quick considering the covid 19 issues.
