Paulette was exceptional and very helpful. Christine was also excellent, flexible, and easy to work with. Very appreciative of those two. Only negative is the slowness of the Underwriting team getting back with updated loan estimates and changes. Overall still fine tho. Paulette and Christine were great

They are never on top of updating your Escrow for insurance or any other things tied into for rising costs. You have to babysit these people. Then you get late letters for your insurance and you have to babysit them on making the payment. They dont check other emails that you send to try to get resolutions. I wish they would sell my account to someone else. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give zero starts I would. My bank sold my mortgage to penny mac at the beginning of the year. It is March now and I have spent over 3 hours on the phone with the trying to set up an online account. As of the writing of this review I still can not sign into my online account. When I call customer service they continue to walk me through the process of creating an online account. I now have 5 different user names and none of them work. I have never had this many issues getting an online account set up with any other... read more
