Extremely poor experience with PennyMac. From the very beginning, the process was confusing, slow, and completely disorganized. My wife and I applied for a HELOAN and were promised that everything would move quickly since all documents were already submitted during a previous loan attempt. That turned out to be false. Instead, we kept receiving endless requests for the same documents — sometimes 20+ items that had already been uploaded weeks or even months earlier.
