Terrible customer service. We send our mortgage payment on 3 weeks prior to due date on our primary residence. THEY DO NOT CADH IT UNTIL A DDY OR DO PRIOR TO DUE DATE MAKING EXTRA INTEREST, ALTHOUGB THEY DENY IT. SECONDLY we have an investment property and they refuse to give us monthly statements. I am a veteran and have a IRRL clause in my mortgage. When the time the clause was eligible PennyMac offered to run me through the process in the refinance. As soon as the process began I have been receiving MULTIPLE spam calls a week from "loan" companies trying to get my personal info. Do not trust them to not leak your contact info.

The worst part about PennyMac is dealing with their call center based in India... no one understands English properly, and you will talk in circles—one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. They will also email you and text that rates have dropped, which they have not, or that they cannot work a deal without you putting a down payment.

HELOC loan request has been delayed for days there is no accountability spoke with loan servicing, mortgage success team several times over the last two weeks and no movement of any kind. Loan has been conditionally approved for 3 weeks and still waiting for final approval and closing
