It’s mind boggling how incredibly inefficient they are at their jobs. I’m trying to assume a loan I have been paying alone since I purchased the house and I’ve never been forced to work with such an incompetent group of people. This company has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Basic requests seem completely beyond their understanding, and every interaction feels like starting from zero. They’re disorganized, unhelpful, and operate like a bottom‑tier mortgage servicer. If you’re looking for competence, clarity, or even the slightest bit of professionalism, look elsewhere.

I have used PennyMac exclusively since 2014 (3 purchases and a refinance). They have been incredible every time! This go around with Nick (loan officer) and Grace (Team leader) were more than professionals - they were more like partners! We have a loan number with PennyMac but my wife and I never felt like that was all we were to them! Thank you Nick and Grace!!!
