Chaix Cole is a tremendous asset to PENNYMAC. I had some obstacles along the way and Chaix made me her priority. I wasn’t just another person. She reacted with a great sense of urgency. She set clear expectations for me. She made me feel like my loan was the only loan she was working. She followed though with everything she said she would do. She’s a true asset to PENNYMAC. If I ever do another refinance, I want Chaix to do it for me. She’s a real superstar!

I did not get the closing documents from the closing company. They sent me the link that did not work. I left them a couple of messages to send me the copies and they have not responded.
