Just like any other company, they're all about the money. Be prepared to have your mortgage payments increased yearly. Mine went up $90, and my insurance only increased by $30. They put $60 of fees in there that don't necessarily need to be there. Shady company, if you ask me!! Do not recommend!

Terrible customer service. We send our mortgage payment on 3 weeks prior to due date on our primary residence. THEY DO NOT CADH IT UNTIL A DDY OR DO PRIOR TO DUE DATE MAKING EXTRA INTEREST, ALTHOUGB THEY DENY IT. SECONDLY we have an investment property and they refuse to give us monthly statements. Yesterday we called to get our year end statement and they said they had mailed it. We did not receive it and asked for an email of it. I am a veteran and have a IRRL clause in my mortgage. When the time the clause was eligible PennyMac offered to run me through the process in the refinance. As soon as the process began I have been receiving MULTIPLE spam calls a week from "loan" companies trying to get my personal info. Do not trust them to not leak your contact info.
