The entire team assigned to my loan process were great. As a first time home buyer the process was smoother than anticipated. Letisia is a phenomenal 5 Star Home Loan Specialist. She expertly walked me through loan processing and we closed early. I consider Letisia to be the best of the best! Taylor is a highly skilled loan officer. She recommended a great loan to enhance savings. My wife still talks about Taylor and the relationship they built over a short phone call. Only bad experience was that receipt of documents to closing company. Original signed documents were sent to us vs closing company which caused a delay in funds being dispersed.
