They have poor communication skill and lack knowledge of how their programs work. They do not explain things well and the communication was not consistent with all the representatives. I was told one thing and few month later they said something completely different and almost cost my family to loose our home. They denied to help me with programs that are available to me and the blame covid for it. What does covid have to do with me? It is 2026!

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. PENNYMAC double charged me for our August mortgage, upon calling they were supposed to reimburse the second charge yet cancelled both and then tried to charge me a late fee due to their own errors. Since PENNYMAC bought our loan from the original lender it has been nothing but problem after problem.
