I will NEVER go through pennymac again in my life! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Their customer service was horrible after waiting 39 minutes to talk to a live person they were rude and acted like they didn't know what was going on. There was absolutely no communication between my loan officer and loan processing agent. They were both telling me completely different things. Absolute worst experience with a mortgage company. The customer service is beyond awful. I attempted to refi and the loan officer just stopped making contact. I will switch lenders as the first opportunity.

I got a VA loan from another lender. Like some lenders do they sell your loan to another lender or debt collector, often without your knowledge or approval of buys your loan. Unfortunately ours was sold to Pennymac. With that being said all customers should be treated fairly. Now I spent 21 years in the military and also was combat veteran also injured due to hostile fire. Should everyone be treated equal? To a point yes. But there should be some exceptions.
