Really Poor at handling loan, i started to refinance 3 times and the closing time they comeup with something or the other and ask to do new applications, poor mortgage Agents like Eric & Austin. Stay Away from this Lender

The customer service was exceptional. Ayman Botros is why I chose to use Penny Mac as a first time buyer using a VA loan. I did shop another lender that was too pushy. Ayman was informative, kind and patient throughout. I am so impressed at the level of professionalism and care he provided. He wasn't pushing me to go straight for the max I qualified for but what was appropriate for my wants, needs, and finances and adjusted as I figured out what I wanted and could live with happily.
