One person named Andre was not responding to my emails. James even emailed him and still no response. James did all the foot work. I had questions and Andre didn't reply.

Horrible customer service and experience. They took me off automatic payments for no reason. I called to make payment and get it turned back on, they didn’t turn it back on. Then they reported me as late on my credit, even though I spoke to them on the phone before it was late. Have been trying to get it fixed, managers are never available, customer service acts like it’s all my fault and say they refuse to fix it.
