We had a pretty bad experience with Anastasia Svoboda in Irvine. We felt she was dishonest and didn't have our best interest at heart. Also it seemed like she was a bit impatient when we talked with her.

Had family and medical issues that was going to prevent me from making a payment for 3 months. Called PennyMac to make arrangements about these payments to try and get them moved to the end on the loan or add additional money to the existing payment plan that I was paying and paying early and had made extra payments through adding money to my loan account payments.
