Couldn't be more pleased with the process I just experienced. Quick and easy. Matthew Brewer came through will care and hunted down the best rate at the time he could find. I know there was some fight to be able to get me the lowest rate. Ultimately knowing what I know now I would repeat the refinance experience with Mr Brewer and Celia Byrd from the Mortgage Success Team. Thanks for everything!

If I could give PennyMac a 0 star I would. This bank has awful customer service and inexperienced underwriting. I would not even recommend my dog to use them as a lender. Please do yourself a favor, and go to a different lender, save yourself the time and energy.
